When you sign up for a free mailbox account, you will receive a USA shipping address and a unique mailbox number code. Use this address and mailbox code to shop online or ship any item(s) from the USA to Jamaica. This mailbox number also doubles as your customer code.

No additional fees are charged to become and remain a member of UCBS Parcel Express mailbox service. Your account is 100% free, always. Only pay for what you ship.
When you shop online or send any item(s) using your UCBS mailbox address. Packages are collect, tagged and sorted at our warehouse for subsequent shipment to Jamaica weekly.
When your package arrives in Jamaica you will receive an account notification via email and a visible update to your online dashboard. There you can track the ready status of your shipment(s) at any time.
Packages are delivered directly to your home or work address provided on file inside your customer portal or retained at our main office for pickup. (The choice is yours)
Yes, inside your online portal menu select the option labelled calculator/estimator. Input your package details and run the estimation. A projected total shipping cost will be displayed. Please note that estimated results should not be taken as true value as the actually cost of item(s) may differ.
Yes, track the status of your shipment(s) online in real time from your dashboard. Receive push notifications via email to see exactly what is happening at all times, never miss out.
If your item or packages total CIF value (Cost, Insurance and Freight) exceeds 100 USD, then your shipment will become liable for applicable customs duties and taxes.
Certain items such as mobile phones and other commercially categorized goods will attract applicable duties regardless of the total CIF value/price. (Even if item was gifted)
Packages shipped with seven (7) or more similar items (see section 8) are classified as “Commercial” and may be subject to customs duties and taxes regardless of CIF value, see description of commercial items.
No, we do not provide any form of refrigeration or temperature-controlled facility for e-commerce or mailbox shipments. Please do not ship items requiring this form of handling as package(s) will be terminated, destroyed or liable to be damaged during transit. All associated cost if any, will be charged to your account.

Yes, we offer free storage up to a period of 14 days after the bill date. Beyond this period packages will begin to incur a storage fee of 75 JMD per day per package.
Small and large packages, barrels, pallets, boxes, home appliances, auto parts and some machinery. Ship just about anything!

If goods remain unclaimed for more than 60 days, UCBS Parcel Express reserves the right to destroy, dispose or auction item(s) to reclaimed incurred cost of packages and its variable contents after due notice is given.
Yes, some items may require special consideration (Permits/Licenses) when importing to Jamaica. This applies to both our e-commerce and mailbox service along with commercial importers alike. See Customs guidelines on restricted item description and list of restricted goods.
Your shipment will be automatically flagged for disposal or a financial fine levied against the importer ie. yourself or company for the breach in regulation. In some cases package(s) can be returned to the supplier on request or allowed to be cleared once breach is satisfied and the required permits or licenses obtained from the appropriate regulatory agencies.

Merchants often ship parts of the same order from different warehouses at different times. This may result in you receiving two or more packages for a single order.
Packages are shipped from our USA facility to Jamaica (2-3) times per week by Air and once (1) per week by Sea.
Yes, we accept all major Visa/Master debit or credit cards, direct NCB Jamaica bank transfers, lynk digital payment, online payment and cash.
